Marketing Analyst

• Conduct market, industry, and sales analysis to support strategic planning and business growth
• Analyze historical performance data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities
• Develop sales forecasts for new product launches, enhancements, and ongoing initiatives
• Perform retailer analysis, including site selection modeling, distribution optimization, and sales performance evaluation
• Support promotional analysis, market segmentation, product positioning, and inventory optimization
• Maintain internal databases and develop custom reports, dashboards, and case studies
• Ensure data accuracy, quality, and integrity across reporting processes
• Collaborate with account teams and cross-functional partners to deliver insights and recommendations
• Present analysis, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to internal stakeholders
• Contribute to the development of strategic sales and marketing plans through benchmarking and industry research
• Support customer presentations and executive reporting as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative field
• 3–5 years of corporate experience in analytics, marketing analysis, or related roles
• Strong analytical and statistical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power Point
• Experience with Tableau or Power BI preferred
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently and collaboratively
