Job Details
We are a 100% employee‑owned multi‑faceted contractor who thrives on delivering complex heavy civil projects by developing innovative infrastructure solutions. Our thousands of employee‑owners are experts in excavation, grading, underground utilities, bridge construction, structural concrete, asphalt and concrete paving.
Salary: $110,000 - $135,000 per year.

- Supervise and coordinate field activities and crew performance
- Ensure safety compliance and promote a culture of safety on‑site
- Maintain project schedule and coordinate subcontractor work
- Oversee quality control and project documentation
- Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and inspectors
- 5+ years of experience in heavy civil construction supervision
- Proven experience with excavation, underground utilities, concrete, or bridge work
- Strong knowledge of construction safety standards and regulations
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specs, and project schedules
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
- Proficiency in project management tools and daily reporting software (e.g., Procore, HCSS, or similar)
- OSHA 30 certification preferred
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to job sites as needed
