Bartlett & West, based in Jefferson City, is seeking a Lead Construction Engineering Technician to oversee advanced construction and field observation projects. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of construction and field observation experience, with at least 5 years in a leading role.
This role requires skills in interpreting construction plans, conducting materials testing, and managing teams. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential, along with proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of AutoCAD.
