• Assisting in the construction, repair, and maintenance of buildings and structures.
• Operating hand and power tools to complete tasks efficiently and safely.
• Following blueprints, instructions, and safety guidelines to ensure high-quality results.
• Collaborating with team members to meet project deadlines.
• Maintaining a clean and organized worksite.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• At least 1 year of construction experience.
• A strong work ethic and a commitment to safety.
• The ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
• Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
• Familiarity with construction tools and techniques.
