Capital Paving & Construction, LLC is seeking a Concrete Paving Foreman to supervise daily concrete paving operations on roadway, airport, and heavy civil projects. You will lead crews, coordinate slipform paving and GPS machine control, and maintain quality and safety on site.
The role requires 5+ years of paving experience, strong leadership, and the ability to read plans and manage production schedules. OSHA 10 certification is preferred and CPR/First Aid is a plus.
