Candidates must be detail orientated, enthusiastic, positive, a team player, and great communication and organizational skills. Responsibilities- Create and process service requests received from the customer and technicians via incoming calls/emails/voicemails.
- Data Entry in E-automate dispatch console
- Verify status of all billable calls and check charge tickets to ensure accuracy.
- Load service calls that are Ricoh Direct customers and close accordingly on Ricoh website.
- Maintain technician call queues for appropriate call status.
- Transfer live helpdesk calls for immediate assistance with appropriate call setup.
- Assist in correcting technician(s) inventory.
- Provide phone coverage for front desk.
- Maintain Excel spreadsheet/calendar.
- Collaborate with internal departments to communicate customer requests and needs.
- Assist with miscellaneous tasks as assigned.
- Work as a team to ensure all dispatch duties are completed by the end of day.
