Candidates must be detail orientated, enthusiastic, positive, a team player, and great communication and organizational skills. Responsibilities
  • Create and process service requests received from the customer and technicians via incoming calls/emails/voicemails.
  • Data Entry in E-automate dispatch console
  • Verify status of all billable calls and check charge tickets to ensure accuracy.
  • Load service calls that are Ricoh Direct customers and close accordingly on Ricoh website.
  • Maintain technician call queues for appropriate call status.
  • Transfer live helpdesk calls for immediate assistance with appropriate call setup.
  • Assist in correcting technician(s) inventory.
  • Provide phone coverage for front desk.
  • Maintain Excel spreadsheet/calendar.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to communicate customer requests and needs.
  • Assist with miscellaneous tasks as assigned.
  • Work as a team to ensure all dispatch duties are completed by the end of day.
