Position Update:
The position is now open to remote candidates; however, candidates must be located in the state of Missouri (MO).

The position is 100% remote, but the candidate will be required to visit the client's location in Jefferson City, MO, once to pick up their equipment.

During the interview, the client's team will confirm whether the candidate is eligible to continue working fully remotely or if they will be required to work in a hybrid arrangement.

This position is ideal for individuals with a strong foundation in customer service combined with relevant experience in healthcare or social services sectors. We seek motivated professionals who thrive in team-centered settings and embrace continuous learning to contribute to collective success.

• Deliver prompt, accurate responses to participant queries across multiple communication platforms, enhancing participant satisfaction and trust.
• Maintain comprehensive and precise documentation of all participant interactions to facilitate continuity and quality of service.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including healthcare providers and external agencies, to resolve complex participant issues effectively.
• Stay informed and compliant with current Client guidelines and policies, escalating concerns appropriately and helping to implement process improvements.
• Engage actively in ongoing professional development activities to keep abreast of industry trends, standards, and best practices.
• Experience:
  
  Medical Billing and Coding experience.
