** How You’ll Make an Impact
*** Contribute inventive electrical design ideas to R&D projects
* Lead or support initiatives aligned with time, cost, and quality objectives
* Coordinate prototype manufacturing and testing activities
* Design and execute experiments to validate technical solutions
* Document project progress and develop design rules from findings
* Participate in intellectual property discussions and risk evaluations
* Provide technical support to factories, marketing teams, and customers
* Collaborate with global R&D peers to optimize electrical designs
* Support cost‑out initiatives and design portfolio development for the South Boston location## ##
** Your Background
*** Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
* 2+ years of experience in electrical design, ideally within transformers
* R&D experience in a business or industrial environment is beneficial
* Knowledge of magnetic, dielectric, or thermal design preferred
* Familiarity with FEM or 2D circuit‑simulation tools is advantageous
* Strong communication skills and a creative, solution‑oriented mindset##
