How you’ll make an impact
* Deliver electrical designs on time and to quality expectations
* Collaborate with stakeholders to keep projects on track
* Participate in design reviews and technical discussions
* Support the development of special and custom designs
* Identify and lead improvements to engineering processes and products
* Define and document requirements for system enhancements
* Support testing, validation, and deployment of tools and solutions
* Provide technical support to customers and internal teams
* Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.### Your background
* Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
* 3+ years of relevant engineering experience
* Distribution transformer design experience (internship experience considered)
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Ability to work independently with limited supervision
* Experience collaborating across teams and functions
