Howyou’ll make an impact
- Deliver electrical designs on time and to quality expectations
- Collaborate with stakeholders to keep projects on track
- Participate in design reviews and technical discussions
- Support the development of special and custom designs
- Identify and lead improvements to engineering processes and products
- Define and document requirements for system enhancements
- Support testing, validation, and deployment of tools and solutions
- Provide technical support to customers and internal teams
- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- 3+ years of relevant engineering experience
- Distribution transformer design experience (internship experience considered)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Experience collaborating across teams and functions
