This is a full-time, on-site role for a NICET III / Designer located in Jefferson City, MO. The NICET III / Designer will be responsible for designing fire protection systems, preparing project plans and specifications, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and coordinating with other team members throughout the construction process. Responsibilities also include reviewing project requirements, performing system calculations, and ensuring project deadlines are met while maintaining high-quality standards.

• Knowledge and experience in fire protection system design, including NICET III certification or higher
• Proficiency in using design software such as AutoCAD and other related tools
• Strong understanding of construction standards, safety regulations, and building codes
• Project management skills, including task prioritization, time management, and the ability to meet project deadlines
• Ability to effectively collaborate with team members, contractors, and clients
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field is preferred
• Experience in fire protection or construction fields is an advantage
