How you'll make an impact
Lead technical R&D and product development projects
Plan and execute initiatives from concept to industrialization
Coordinate cross-functional teams across regional sites
Develop project timelines, milestones, and budgets
Monitor progress and manage risks proactively
Drive alignment between engineering, factories, and stakeholders
Ensure adherence to quality and project management standards
Support continuous improvement and change management efforts
Your background
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
3+ years of experience in technical project management
Experience in R&D, engineering, or product development environments
Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies
Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
Ability to manage complexity across multiple teams and locations
