The company is a privately owned, well-established medium-sized firm located in a low‑cost, high‑quality living area of the Missouri Ozarks with great schools and a college‑town environment near the University of Missouri. It designs and manufactures high‑performance custom products for aerospace and terrestrial applications.
Due to the rapidly growing space exploration industry they are experiencing rapid growth. This is an opportunity to be part of that expansion.
We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will be able to lead projects from concept to completion, design and develop components using Solid Works, devise and conduct experiments, analyze results, and prepare technical documentation.
Qualifications- BSME degree or similar BS Engineering degree from an accredited university.
- Experience using Solid Works and 3–5 years of manufacturing engineering experience with CNC, TIG welding, laser welding, etc.
- Research experience a plus, especially designing and conducting thermofluids experiments.
- Programming skills in Python, MATLAB or similar a plus. LabVIEW a plus.
- Client is not willing to sponsor a US work visa.
Beginning base salary is in the $75‑85k range. Relocation assistance is available.
