What You'll Be Doing

• Program, modify, and troubleshoot Allen-Bradley/Rockwell PLC systems
• Support robotics integration and automation initiatives
• Lead equipment startup, commissioning, and project execution activities
• Drive controls upgrades and continuous improvement projects
• Troubleshoot complex automation and electrical control systems
• Partner with operations, maintenance, OEMs, and engineering teams
• Support advanced packaging, smart manufacturing, and modernization efforts

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of industrial controls or automation engineering experience
• Strong Allen-Bradley/Rockwell PLC programming experience
• Experience developing and modifying PLC programs from scratch
• Robotics experience within a manufacturing environment
• Strong troubleshooting and commissioning experience
• Ability to read electrical schematics and technical drawings
• Experience supporting automation and capital projects
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Preferred Experience

• Siemens PLCs
• HMI Development
• Vision Systems
• Kawasaki or other industrial robotics platforms
• Packaging equipment
• Batch systems
• Capital project management

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Jefferson City, MO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $85.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
