Are you looking for a fun, exciting, and team to be a part of? Then this is for you! We are seeking detail-oriented Account Assistants to join our Health Fiscal Services team. This plays a critical role as the final verification point for payments processed by the department across two government financial systems. Your accuracy and commitment to public service will help ensure compliance with agency procedures and state regulations.

We are looking to fill multiple Accounts Assistant positions within our Department. The salary indicated represents a base pay rate. If the individual selected or the position is eligible for a pay differential (e.g., shift, security, or years of service), it will be added to the total compensation in your paycheck. A pay differential does not raise your base pay.

• Perform final review and verification of all payments processed in both state financial systems prior to approval.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance of all payment documentation with state and agency policies.
• Work collaboratively with finance team members to resolve discrepancies or issues.
• Provide outstanding customer service to internal and external partners.

• 1-3 of relevant experience (Substitutions may be allowed).
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
