This is a part-time, remote role for a Mortgage Loan Officer. The responsibilities include identifying client needs, developing customized mortgage solutions, reviewing loan applications, and assisting clients through the underwriting process. Building strong customer relationships and delivering exceptional service are key aspects of this role. Collaboration with team members and ensuring compliance with industry regulations will also be required.

• Proficiency in Loan Origination, Mortgage Lending, and the Mortgage Industry
• Experience with Underwriting and understanding of loan application processes
• Strong Customer Service skills with an ability to build trust and maintain client satisfaction
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of financial markets and investment management is a plus
• Licensure as a Mortgage Loan Officer or the ability to obtain applicable certification
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high ethical standards
