Job Overview
A law firm seeks a Tax Credit Associate in Jefferson City, MO. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of four years of experience in tax credit matters, with a focus on real estate finance and New Markets Tax Credits. Preference is given to candidates based in St. Louis.
Duties- Advise clients on tax credit finance and development matters.
- Collaborate with teams on real estate finance projects.
- Conduct legal research and draft related documents.
- Maintain client relationships and provide strategic guidance.
- Minimum of four years of tax credit experience.
- Experience with real estate finance and New Markets Tax Credits.
- Active bar license in the relevant state or commitment to obtain one.
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
CertificationsActive bar membership in the state of practice.
