Research/Data Analyst (MVDL) - IID Coordinator Department of Revenue DOR VISION

How This Position Supports The Department’s VisionThis is an upper-level position for the Motor Vehicle and Driver Licensing Division and will bring together both theory and practice to identify and communicate data-driven insights that allow business leaders to make more informed decisions. Duties Performed To Support The Department’s Vision- Interpret raw data and use analysis skills/ tools to make meaningful conclusions and develop actionable insights.
- Work with state leadership, and external stakeholders on enforcing administrative rule, processes, and law changes in regard to our ignition interlock program.
- Analyze data and dashboards to ensure internal programs are operating efficiently.
- Collect data and work to understand problems within the Division and identify solutions.
- Perform outreach training to other state departments, and external stakeholders on the Ignition Interlock Programs best practices.
- Audit inbound ignition interlock data sets to ensure timeliness and accuracy.

- Bachelor’s degree and 0-2 years of relevant experience and/or appropriate certification (Substitutions may be allowed.)

- Ability to communicate with people at all levels within the Department
