As an Assistant Housing Director, you will assist the Housing Director with NARR accreditation to recovery providers offering recovery housing both in and out of state. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that homes comply with NARR standards and policies, as well as meeting all necessary compliance requirements. Your responsibilities will include providing guidance on resident care and protection, and overseeing data collection and reporting processes.
Additionally, you will support internal and external audits and help fulfill other regulatory obligations as required.
Job Duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Collaborate with Recovery Support Housing Providers to maintain appropriate NARR accreditation.
- Stay up to date on regulatory requirements as it pertains to information regarding Recovery Housing/NARR.
- Work closely with other departments to educate Recovery Housing providers as necessary.
- Identify gaps in policies and standards as it relates to the Department of Mental Health and NARR guidelines.
- Conduct inspections and renewal accreditations for Recovery Housing and assist the providers with action plans on identified findings.
- Coordinate and schedule accreditation reviews.
- Maintain and enter site data.
- Actively work as a team member with MCRSP staff.
