The Restorative Nurse Aide supports residents in maintaining or improving their highest level of physical function, independence, and quality of life. This role works closely with nursing and therapy teams to carry out restorative programs and daily care tasks safely and effectively.

• Assist residents with restorative exercises and mobility programs as directed
• Provide routine CNA care according to care plans and facility policies
• Perform resident rounds and monitor comfort and safety needs
• Maintain clean bedside areas and ensure fresh water is accessible
• Verify resident identification prior to providing care
• Observe and report changes in residents’ condition to nursing staff
• Follow all safety, infection control, and care procedures
• Support a positive, respectful environment for residents and staff

• Current CNA certification (required)
• Or currently enrolled in a CNA training program
• Minimum 6 months CNA or clinical experience preferred
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
