- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
- 7+ years of QA or testing experience, with at least 3 years in a QA Lead role
- 3+ years of hands-on experience supporting Medicaid programs or Medicaid systems
- Strong understanding of Medicaid business processes and system workflows
- Experience testing on modular Medicaid systems
- Proficiency with test management tools and defect tracking systems
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, or SAFe environments
- Knowledge of healthcare data standards and regulations (HIPAA, X12, HL7, FHIR)
- Experience supporting state Medicaid agencies or Medicaid Managed Care Organizations (MCOs)
- ISTQB, CSTE, or similar QA certification
- Experience with test automation tools and frameworks
