Conversion Analyst ERP

Overview

Conversion Analyst with the MOVERS project team to support the implementation and ongoing support of a modern ERP system for the State of Missouri.

The office for this position is located at 1738

E. Elm, Jefferson City, MO 65101.

• Work with the conversion lead assisting in conversion planning and execution.
• Participate in technical design, development and build of conversion objects.
• Data mapping of legacy source system data to the target system.
• Develop ETL processing procedures.
• Validate and test conversion objects.
• Execute documented conversion steps during mock conversions and participate in go-live implementation.
• Collaborate with co-workers, customers, and vendors; communicate effectively in verbal and written formats.
• Self-motivate, exercise independent judgment, and take action as needed.
• Prioritize and execute tasks under pressure.
• Support a successful background check as required for employment.

• Authorization to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship.
• Experience with data management tools such as SQL Server Management Studio, TOAD, Oracle SQL Developer, or equivalent (preferred).
• Power Shell or similar scripting language experience for task automation (desirable).
• Strong analytical, data management, data conversion and ETL skills.
• Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
