HOODZ is the largest and leading commercial kitchen exhaust cleaning company in our industry. We are hiring for our technician crew member position which does not require experience. We provide paid, on-the-job training. Our territory covers the Mid-Missouri / NW Metro St.Louis area.

• Degreasing and polishing restaurant exhaust and ventilation systems, from the kitchen to the roof, with a safety-first mindset.
• Setting up job sites per HOODZ standards.
• Power washing and cleaning using specialized, state-of-the-art tools and techniques.
• Inventorying, stocking, loading, and unloading vehicles.
• Working independently with minimal supervision, often during off-hours at night in clients' facilities. After training, teams are trusted to perform professionally with little supervision.
• Driving work vehicles to clients’ facilities.

• Stability and consistent night shifts to support work-life balance or other responsibilities.
• No prior experience required; paid training and tools provided. Prior mechanical, electrical, construction, or fire safety experience can be a plus.

• Contribute to safety by helping prevent fires and keep kitchens clean and people safe.

• Availability to work overnight shifts Sunday through Thursday.
• A valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
• Interest in hands-on, active, technical, and mechanical work.
• Ability to pass initial and ongoing background and drug screens.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
