Cornerstone Caregiving is seeking a Staffing Manager who wants to be on a leadership team that thoughtfully connects compassionate caregivers with amazing seniors. What You’ll Do- Coordinate schedules for caregivers and clients with precision and intentionality.
- Recruit, hire, onboard and train exceptional caregivers.
- Build meaningful relationships with caregivers, clients and families.
- Manage last-minute schedule changes with grace and quick thinking.
- Communicate daily with your team to ensure every shift is filled and every client is cared for.
- Support retention efforts for growth.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation in scheduling software.
- Provide general operational and administrative support to the Operating Director.
- Support the Operating Director with conducting intakes and ensure client satisfaction.
- Ensure high-quality client service is provided at every stage of the client touch-points and experience from phone to in-home consultation to maximize client retention.
- Ensure compliance with standards and state-specific license requirements.
- Limited travel as needed for various sales, marketing, and client care service needs.
- Must have reliable transportation to meet the needs of position and scope of job responsibilities.

- 2+ years of scheduling coordination, office management experience, preferably with recruiting experience (healthcare/home care is a plus).
- Strong communication and multitasking skills – you remain calm when things change fast.
- Computer proficiency in Google Suite, scheduling software and hiring platforms.
- A servant‑hearted attitude and genuine care for others.
- Reliable, organized, and driven to see things through.
- $40,000 base pay with Bonus structure based on growth of the office
