We are seeking an experienced and high-capacity
Hospitality
Director
to join our Executive Team. This senior leader will oversee all Front-of-House (FOH) operations in a high-volume an fast paced restaurant environment, ensuring excellence in hospitality, quality, speed of service, accuracy of service, team performance, and operational execution.
This role is critical to our success—you will directly lead, coach, and develop our front of house leadership team and team members while building systems that support guest care, accuracy, and exceptional service. A leader that understands it's not just the amazing food, but the experience that brings our guests back.
Key Responsibilities- Lead all front of house operations, including scheduling, labor stewardship, and daily execution
- Ensure food safety and quality standards are consistently met and embedded in team culture
- Manage speed of service, order accuracy, and the customer experience
- Maintain a positive, respectful, and professional work environment
- Provide ongoing coaching and development for junior leaders and team members
- Troubleshoot operational challenges and make confident, timely decisions
- Drive continuous improvement in systems, processes, and team performance
- Prior experience leading a high-volume service operation, prior quick service restaurant experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communicator capable of coaching diverse teams and handling challenging situations with professionalism
- Strategic thinker with a continuous improvement mindset
- Highly dependable, results-oriented, and detail-focused
- Ability to thrive in a team environment and lead by example
- Demonstrated success managing the customer experience and operational KPIs
- High integrity, strong character, and a servant‑leadership approach
- Creative, flexible, and proactive problem‑solver
- Customer experience obsessed
- Bilingual preferred, but not required
- Chick‑fil‑A experience is a plus, but not mandatory
