Our warehouse team plays a critical role in keeping our operations running efficiently and safely—and we're looking for the right person to help lead the charge.

As a Warehouse Coordinator, you'll be a key player in our fast-paced manufacturing environment. This full-time, onsite role is ideal for someone who thrives on organization, accountability, and hands-on work. You'll oversee critical warehouse functions that directly support production, recycling, and inventory accuracy—making a real, visible impact every day

• Oversee inventory management and staging of paper for press operations
• Reduce and prevent pilferage and inappropriate use of materials
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Coordinate recycling from other facilities
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Assist with FSC/SFI paperwork
• Collaborate closely with production teams to support safety, quality, and workflow efficiency

• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Clear, professional communication skills
• Physical stamina and comfort working in a warehouse setting
• Forklift and/or clamp truck experience preferred; willingness to be trained required

• Monday - Friday; 7:00 a.m.
