We're hiring a dependable, full-time Shipping Clerk to coordinate the shipment of finished printed materials and ensure every order leaves on time and on point. As a Shipping Clerk, you'll be the critical link between production, customers, and delivery carriers - keeping communication clear, schedules tight, and shipments moving. • Maintain accurate and timely preparation, coordination, and tracking of all outgoing shipments
• Enter data into shipping system
• Read and interpret job tickets
• Communicate regularly with internal teams, customers, and shipping providers
• Perform physical activities such as lifting, reaching, and standing for extended periods
• Maintain a strong focus on detail, quality, and safety

• A dependable work ethic, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work safely and efficiently
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years of age to operate equipment
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and perform pulling, pushing, reaching, stooping, and standing activities for the entirety of the shift
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret job tickets and instructions
• Comfortable entering data into shipping software
• Good attendance record and ability to follow standard work methods
• Experience with shipping/receiving processes preferred
• Willingness to occasionally assist or guide others on tasks as needed

• Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• Overtime available
