• Ensuring a safe, compliant, and efficient plant operation while meeting production and quality goals.
• Leading and developing both direct and indirect reports across production, engineering, maintenance, quality, supply chain, and EHS.
• Overseeing day‑to‑day activities and coordinating all operational functions within the facility.
• Driving strategic initiatives, Lean manufacturing efforts, and continuous improvement to reduce costs and enhance performance.
• Identifying process improvements, solving complex operational issues, and implementing standardized procedures.
• Full‑time, on‑site position with some travel required.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related hard science discipline (Chemistry, physics, biology); MBA preferred.
• 7‑10+ years of plant or general management experience in manufacturing.
• Experience leading teams of 100+ employees.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent background strongly preferred.
• Experience in industries with strict safety and quality requirements (e.g., aerospace, automotive, pharma).
• Demonstrated success leading diverse teams in a continuous‑improvement culture.
• Experience with safety and environmental compliance (OSHA knowledge required).
