As a Shipping Clerk you will coordinate the shipment of finished printed materials and ensure every order leaves on time and on point. You'll be the critical link between production, customers, and delivery carriers - keeping communication clear, schedules tight, and shipments moving. • Maintain accurate and timely preparation, coordination, and tracking of all outgoing shipments
• Enter data into shipping system
• Read and interpret job tickets
• Communicate regularly with internal teams, customers, and shipping providers
• Perform physical activities such as lifting, reaching, and standing for extended periods
• Maintain a strong focus on detail, quality, and safety

• A dependable work ethic, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work safely and efficiently
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years of age to operate equipment
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and perform pulling, pushing, reaching, stooping, and standing activities for the entirety of the shift
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret job tickets and instructions
• Comfortable entering data into shipping software
• Good attendance record and ability to follow standard work methods
• Experience with shipping/receiving processes preferred
• Willingness to occasionally assist or guide others on tasks as needed

• Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• Overtime available

Salary: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
