Unilever's Jefferson City factory is seeking a Night Shift Manufacturing Supervisor (6pm–6:15am) to lead teams across the plant, champion safety as a core value, and ensure quality is always a priority. You will drive productivity by applying factory operating system practices and guiding execution of manufacturing processes.
Required are a Bachelor’s degree or 1–3 years of leadership in manufacturing, plus strong communication and a continuous improvement mindset.
