Responsibilities
Oversee the Minimum Data Set assessment process for our residents. This role ensures accurate and timely assessments, facilitates the development of comprehensive individualized care plans, and maintains compliance with state and federal regulations.
Schedule and CompensationThis management position is Monday through Friday, 8 am–4:30 pm. Pay is competitive and based on experience.
Qualifications- Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse required.
