• Pay Range: $30-$40 per visit

We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse for our Private Duty Care and VA departments to cover In-Home visits and to work with our Healthy Children & Youth program performing assessments and reassessments. This position will be responsible for aide oversight visits and routine nursing visits, including medication set ups and maintaining the plan of care. These services are either privately paid, funded by a Long‑Term Care Insurance policy, or the VA.

• Provide basic patient care:
  Taking Vitals, Weekly medication Management per Physicians orders, Monthly Diabetic Nails, Monthly Skin Monitoring and Bi Yearly General Health Assessments
• Open new cases & obtain all related consents, documentation & deposits in accordance with company policy
• Observe, record & report reaction to treatment & any changes in client's condition to appropriate personnel and/or physician
• May supervise In Home Aides for Advance Personal Care (APC) Services
• Provide instruction/ Education on Medication when needed
• Follow state approved care plan
• Attend quarterly Nurse Meetings
• Good time management, detail oriented and self‑starter

• Active Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of MO
• In Home experience preferred
• Strong organizational and self-management skills
• Strong and compassionate customer service skills
• Valid driver's license
