RN - Women's Services Fulltime Nights

Role

Manages women’s services activities, workflow, and nursing resources.

Develops individualized care plans based on health data, coordinates woman-, newborn-, and family-centered care, and evaluates care outcomes. Communicates effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams, serving as a role model and mentor. Implements evidence-based practices, ensures safety, and maintains professional standards. Applies current scientific knowledge to deliver age-specific and clinical care, while practicing ethically and respecting cultural diversity. Performs additional duties as needed.

Graduate of an accredited nursing program; no prior experience required. Must hold active RN license and relevant certifications (BLS, ALS, NRP, PALS) as per state requirements. Physical demands include constant standing, walking, communication, and occasional lifting.
