Job Summary

Registered Nurse (RN) (Medical) – full-time position at Algoa Correctional Center, Jefferson City, MO. Pay ranges from $35 to $43 per hour plus shift differential, based on experience. A $10,000 sign‑on bonus is available for a limited time.

The RN provides holistic nursing care within the scope of practice to incarcerated patients, working under the direction of the Director of Nursing (DON) and/or Nursing Supervisor. The RN collaborates with a multi‑disciplinary team to identify, assess, and respond to a wide range of physical, psychological, and social needs of patients.

• Associate’s degree required
• Registered Nurse (RN) license or ability to obtain one
• Active certification in Cardio‑Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, including drug screen and criminal background check

Available Shift: Days. Pay: $35‑43 per hour plus shift differential based on experience.
