Certified Medication Technician- Day Shift

Stone Bridge Senior Living -  - Responsibilities:
Administer medications to residents as ordered by the attending physician under supervision;
Note and report errors in the administration of medications;
Assist in developing and implementing procedures to determine what medication errors occur and how to prevent them;
Complete necessary forms, charts, and reports and submit as required;
Ensure documentation of drug receipt error includes a written error report;
Accurately measure, record, and report residents' vital signs;
Promptly notify Charge Nurse, Nurse Supervisor, or Director of Nursing Services of errors or reactions to medications;
Follow medication card practices and facility procedures for recording orders in resident records (type, route, dosage, frequency, strength/descriptions)
