- Provide direct patient care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Support mobility, transfers, and positioning using proper techniques
- Maintain clean, dry, and comfortable resident environments
- Change bed linens and ensure beds are safe and wrinkle-free
- Communicate effectively with nurses and interdisciplinary team members
- Follow care plans and report any changes in condition

- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Missouri (in good standing)
- CPR/BLS Certification
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to read, write, and follow care instructions
- No experience required – new CNAs encouraged to apply
- Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation
