American Traveler is hiring an experienced Cath Lab RN with EPIC experience for a Cardiac Cath Lab position requiring weekend and on-call rotation.
Details- Work in the Cath Lab department of a short-term acute care hospital
- Performs cardiac cath, PCI, vascular procedures, pacemaker and ICD implants at a STEMI Designated Hospital
- Provides complete pre- and post-care for outpatients
- Day shift schedule, 4x10 hours from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM
- Participates in weekend call rotation
- On-call requirement of 12-15 hours depending on staffing needs
- May float to other departments such as Pre Op, PACU, IVR, or OR to assist with tasks during low volume periods
- Active RN license (MO state or compact) currently in hand
- Current certifications: ACLS and BLS
- Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab RN experience required
- EPIC EMR experience required
- Must reside more than 70 miles from the facility to be eligible
- First-time travelers will not be considered for this position
- Scrubs are provided
- Free parking available
- Holiday and weekend rotation participation may be required
- RTO should be requested upfront when possible
