- Base Pay Range: $32.82 - $48.27 per hour, based on experience
- Shift Differentials:
Additional $3.00 per hour for weekend shift

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Initial assessment and triage of patients who present to Mizzou Urgent Care
- Monitor physiological conditions of patients and give timely notification to physician regarding changes in patient status.
- Prepare patients and equipment/supplies for procedures.
- Provide nursing care to patients according to departmental and critical care nursing standards.
- Administer intravenous and oral medications to patients. Initiates intravenous therapy as indicated, utilizing aseptic technique with appropriate IV catheter and fluid. Ensures that medication is labeled appropriately.
- Advocate for the patient at all stages of the care continuum.
- Educate patients and families about the patient's illness, their care, and treatment plan.
- Participate in life-saving measures and aid in transfer of patients via EMS.
- May complete unit/department specific duties as outlined in department documents.
- Missouri Board of Nursing RN or Nurse Licensure Compact multi-state RN. When primary state of residency changes, compact state RNs must apply under new state of residency within thirty (30) days.
