Responsibilities:
As a Quality Control Coordinator, you play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of new and multi-year sponsorship contracts. Your work is crucial in minimizing invoicing errors, enhancing the precision of financial reporting, forecasting, and ensuring equitable seller compensation.
Job Responsibilities
- Thorough Contract Reviews:
Meticulously review sponsorship contracts to guarantee compliance with company policies including Finance, Legal, and Auditing. - Customer Support:
Serve as a point of contact for inquiries related to contracts, revenue recognition, and customer accounts. Proactively address questions, provide insightful solutions, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. - Audit
Collaboration:
Collaborate with internal and external audit teams, providing necessary documentation and insights to support audit processes and ensure compliance with industry standards. - Continuous Improvement:
Actively contribute to the enhancement of existing processes and systems, identifying opportunities for efficiency gains and proposing innovative solutions to streamline workflow. - Adaptable Problem Solver:
Tackle challenges with a proactive mindset, offering creative solutions to ensure the smooth execution of quality control processes. - Team
