OverviewEnterprise Account Managers are strategic relationship builders, focusing on driving revenue growth, ensuring satisfaction, and acting as a trusted advisor by developing account plans, identifying upsell/cross‑sell opportunities, collaborating internally (CSM, Presales, Services), and promoting value to meet both client and company goals. Key responsibilities include hitting sales targets, building executive relationships, managing complex contracts, providing strategic consultation, and serving as the client's internal champion.
CoreResponsibilities
- Strategic Account Planning: Develop and execute detailed plans to achieve client business objectives and company revenue targets.
- Relationship Management: Build strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders and executives within client organizations.
- Revenue Growth: Identify and close opportunities for upselling, cross‑selling, renewals, and net new revenue.
- Client Advocacy: Act as the voice of the customer internally, championing their needs and providing feedback for product/service enhancement.
- Sales & Forecasting: Account planning, achieve sales quotas, manage pipelines, and provide accurate revenue forecasts.
- Consultation & Guidance: Offer expert advice, present solutions, and act as a strategic partner on industry trends and challenges.

Collaboration:
Work with internal teams (sales, marketing, support, product) to ensure client needs are met. - Negotiation: Handle complex sales contracts and pricing agreements.
- Business Reviews: Prepare and deliver regular performance reports and business reviews.
- Problem Solving: Act as the primary point of contact for client issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
- Analytical skills to leverage data and tell compelling stories.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
- Proactive, customer‑focused, and solutions‑oriented mindset.
- Experience in Sales Methodologies (MEDDPICC) and account planning.
- Knowledge of AVEVA’s products and services, as well as the EPC, Energy/Oil and Gas industry.
- Willingness to travel regionally and occasionally internationally (approx. 30‑40% PA).
Flex work hours, 20 days PTO rising to 25 with service, three paid volunteering days, primary and secondary parental leave, well‑being support, medical, dental, vision, and 401K.

Hybrid WorkingBy default, employees are expected to be in their local AVEVA office three days a week, but some positions are fully office‑based. Roles supporting particular customers or markets are sometimes remote.
