Security​/Loss Prevention Officer

Position

Fulltime Loss Prevention Officer – Immediate Opening

Jefferson City, MO.

• Identify shoplifters through floor patrol and Closed Circuit TV.
• Report writing.
• Interact with local law enforcement agencies as needed.
• Provide courtroom testimony as required.

Must be able to read, write, and speak English proficiently.

Full-time, 40 hours per week.

• Pre-employment criminal background and drug screen.
• Ability to sit, stand, and walk for 3–4 hours at a time.
• Reliable transportation.
• Clear and accurate verbal and written communication.
• Write legible, accurate, and easily understood reports.
• Assertive yet controlled in dealing with confrontation.
• Trustworthy and able to work under little or no direct supervision.
• Attendance for scheduled shifts; tardiness and absenteeism are not tolerated.
• Previous loss prevention experience a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent (minimum).
• Criminal Justice or related studies a plus.

Paid training provided.

Pay: $19.00 per hour.
