Site Supervisor

As a Site Supervisor with Securitas, you will lead daily security operations at a client site, supervising security officers and ensuring a safe, compliant environment. You will coordinate posts, schedule and train staff, conduct patrols and inspections, and respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies. The role includes preparing reports, enforcing client and Securitas policies, and serving as the primary on-site contact for clients.

You'll model professionalism and customer service while supporting a culture of integrity, vigilance, and helpfulness across the security team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise security officers at assigned client site
• Coordinate post assignments, scheduling, and shift coverage
• Conduct site patrols, inspections, and access control oversight
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies; coordinate with authorities as needed
• Prepare clear, accurate incident and daily activity reports
• Train, coach, and mentor security staff on procedures and standards
• Ensure compliance with client policies, Securitas protocols, and legal requirements
• Serve as primary on-site contact for client representatives and visitors
• Monitor security systems and implement corrective actions as needed
• Promote a culture of safety, integrity, vigilance, and customer service
