As a critical part of our Field Operations crew, you'll operate a range of heavy construction equipment to support site grading, heavy hauling, drilling, and earthmoving projects. • Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently on active job sites.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance and keep machines clean and operational.
• Follow all company and job-specific safety protocols.
• Complete daily tasks using tools such as jackhammers, demo saws, shovels, and survey gear.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow directions from supervisors and collaborate with team members.
• Support other duties as assigned by the site superintendent or management.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of experience preferred; entry-level candidates with vocational training will be considered.
• Trade school certificate in Heavy Equipment Operating preferred.
• General knowledge of construction tools, equipment, and methods.
• Ability to read construction drawings and perform basic math.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Valid Class A CDL preferred.
• Reliable transportation required.

• Full-Time:
  Monday - Friday
• Overtime as needed, including evenings and weekends

Based in Kansas City, MO with travel throughout Missouri and the Midwest as required
