The RoleWe are seeking a Mid-Level Developer to join our technical team. This role will involve end-to-end development across our GMS and Harvest platforms—from gathering requirements to deployment and support. You’ll gain exposure to both technical and business aspects of our products and will be mentored to deepen your expertise in software development, client communication, and industry-specific problem-solving.
What You’ll Do- Design, develop, and maintain web and server applications using Microsoft .NET technologies
- Work closely with clients to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements
- Participate in requirement analysis, feature design, coding, automated testing, builds, and deployments
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production and test environments
- Support Help Desk inquiries and track issues accurately
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following MTW’s standards
- Conduct and participate in code reviews
- Contribute to ongoing product enhancements and participate in planning future development
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or related field
- 6+ years of professional experience in software development
- Strong grasp of Microsoft .NET stack (C#, , Entity Framework) and SQL Server
- Skilled in XML, JSON, REST services, and relational databases
- Git, Jira, Azure Dev Ops
- Power BI, SSRS, Excel Pivot Tables
- OAuth, OpenID Connect, responsive web design
- Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience with object-oriented programming and automated testing
- Excellent communication and time management skills
