• We are looking for a Technician who has experience, wants to learn labscope capabilities when testing, and has goals for hours turned.
• Two master technicians on staff provide training and assistance learning a new testing procedure or testing strategy, along with training on labscope if needed. They are available to share information with those who wish to learn.
• We help with development both professionally and personally and meet regularly to find ways to help.
• We ensure equipment is updated and the manager is quick to respond during failure.
• We have updated tools that make you more efficient (4 Snap-on diagnostic machines with screens, 3 information systems to pull technical data/wiring diagrams, Top Dons, Pico lab scope, 2 a/c machines, 2 trans exchange machines, ADAS calibration tool, Snap-on transmission jack, and more).
• We provide $100 a month for your own personal tool purchases, extensive tools available, and the shop buys most major tooling.
• We provide bonuses for work done that meets or exceeds goals—the higher the goal, the higher the bonus.
• We provide a 4 day weekend of training in Kansas City in areas you wish to train, at no cost and you get paid; there are also monthly night trainings to improve efficiency.
