We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer to join our Information Services Team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and Dev Ops teams to design, develop, deploy, and support applications and integrations that enable secure, reliable data flow and automation across the organization. This role is ideal for a developer who enjoys working with modern cloud technologies, building scalable solutions, and supporting mission‑critical systems in a collaborative, Agile environment.

• Design, develop, test, and maintain applications and system integrations.
• Build and support APIs, middleware, and event‑driven integrations.
• Develop and support internal and public‑facing web applications.
• Collaborate with architecture, infrastructure, Dev Ops, and vendor partners.
• Provide production support, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
• Ensure applications meet security, data protection, and compliance standards.
• Estimate, plan, and execute assigned work within the application lifecycle, maintaining transparency in the backlog and working to meet committed deliverables and project milestones.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience:
  
  3+ years of hands‑on experience with C#, the .NET ecosystems, Azure cloud services, particularly PaaS components (Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, Service Bus, etc.).

• Experience building APIs, microservices, and event‑driven architectures.
• Experience building and supporting internal and public facing web applications.
• Working knowledge of processes and tools that support the Application Lifecycle including Azure Dev Ops, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Strong debugging skills and experience supporting production environments.

Application and Integration Development (35%)

• Collaborate with Business Analysts and Subject Matter Experts to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Design, develop, test, and maintain integrations between internal systems and third‑party platforms such as Salesforce and other vendor solutions.
• Build and support APIs, middleware, data transformations, and event‑driven integrations to enable secure and reliable data exchange.
• Build and support internal and public facing web applications that support business operations and cross‑team collaboration.
• Build, configure, and support third‑party public facing platforms to securely and reliably meet the needs of our Member Owners.
• Ensure solutions are well organized, code is maintainable and well‑tested using modern engineering practices.
• Stay current with modern technology and application development trends and apply them where appropriate.

Cross Team Collaboration and Support (25%)

• Collaborate with Department Architecture and Infrastructure staff to implement cloud‑native designs that are consistent with our existing environment.
