Pay: $19.00/hr-$26.00/hr
Work Environment100% on‑site at the client location.
This role supports fleet operations across multiple states and communicates regularly with corporate leadership.
Compensation and Benefits- Pay Rate: $19–$26/hr (W2)
- Duration: 9‑month contract‑to‑hire
- Conversion Salary (If converted to full time): $60,000–$70,000

We are seeking a hands‑on, customer‑focused Fleet Operations Coordinator to support a major client program focused on day‑to‑day vehicle fleet management. This position blends operational oversight, customer engagement, and field coordination. You will manage fleet readiness, work closely with vendors, ensure service documentation is accurate, and contribute to fleet efficiency and client satisfaction. Ideal candidates have experience with vehicle rental operations, fleet management, or logistics — and thrive in fast‑paced environments that require attention to detail and strong customer‑facing skills.
Key Responsibilities Daily Fleet Operations- Manage variable fleet units across assigned territories
- Perform detailed pre‑ and post‑service inspections
- Coordinate vehicle cleaning, detailing, and refueling
- Schedule mechanical and body repairs with approved vendors
- Maintain accurate documentation of all service activities
- Ensure vehicle readiness, safety, and operational compliance
- Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and fleet personnel
- Provide daily customer support and recommend efficiency improvements
- Communicate fleet health, service needs, and unit availability
- Collaborate internally to strengthen program performance
- 1–2 years managing rental or fleet vehicles
- Understanding of maintenance, repair, and fleet processes
- 2–5 years customer service or account support experience (B2B ideal)
- High School Diploma required;
Bachelor’s preferred - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to drive and stand/walk up to 8 hours

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $26.00/hr.
