Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Emergency Department (Nights)

Jefferson City, Tennessee

Contract | Travel | 12 Weeks | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | Onsite

• Perform triage of patients using critical thinking and comprehensive assessment skills
• Manage IV/IO access, chest tube management, urinary catheterization, and critical care drip administration
• Provide cardiac monitoring and demonstrate competency in critical care assessment and management
• Deliver nursing care within a 16-bed Emergency Department at a variable 4:1 patient ratio
• Document patient care accurately using the Cerner (First Net) EMR system

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications
• CPI certification required (may be obtained on-site after contract start)
• Minimum 1 year of Emergency Department experience
• Demonstrated competency in IV skills, cardiac monitoring, and critical care assessment and management
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility

• Experience with Cerner (First Net) EMR system
• Familiarity with critical care drip management in an emergency setting

• No call, no floating, and no mandatory 48-hour shifts — offering a predictable and stable travel assignment
• Projected start date available with an immediate need, allowing for a quick placement into an active Emergency Department
