Farris is looking for a motivated Bilingual Sales Representative who is fluent in English and Spanish and wants to build a successful career in sales.

Automotive experience is not required.

Compensation includes weekly base pay, commission, and performance bonuses. Actual earnings vary based on individual performance.

Fluency in both English and Spanish is required for this position.

Previous sales experience is helpful, but previous automotive experience is not required

Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, restaurants, hospitality, wireless sales, insurance, banking, or another customer-facing position can be helpful.

As a Bilingual Sales Representative, you will:

• Assist English- and Spanish-speaking customers
• Respond to incoming customer inquiries
• Build relationships with prospective customers
• Ask questions to understand each customer's needs and budget
• Help customers identify the right new or pre-owned vehicle
• Explain vehicle features and available options
• Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and test drives
• Respond to internet and phone leads
• Schedule and confirm customer appointments
• Follow up consistently with prospective customers
• Help Spanish-speaking customers feel comfortable and understood throughout the buying process
• Build repeat and referral business
• Maintain accurate customer information and follow-up activity
• Work with management throughout the purchasing process
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience before, during, and after the sale

Farris generates more than 1,000 incoming customer leads every month through internet inquiries, phone calls, marketing, social media, repeat customers, and referrals.

Our Spanish-speaking customer base is also continuing to grow.

We need someone who can make those customers feel comfortable, understood, and confident doing business with Farris.

Your ability to speak Spanish isn't just another qualification here. It's a valuable skill.
