Spikes Auto Repair is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Manager who can lead front‑of‑shop operations while continuing to produce.
This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who understands sales, gross profit, ARO, car count, workflow, and technician productivity and knows how those numbers work together to build a successful independent repair shop.

Spikes Auto Repair is a high-volume independent automotive repair shop in Jefferson, GA focused on continued growth and stronger shop performance.
The Service Manager will lead front‑of‑shop operations, support the advisor team, coordinate workflow, and help drive sales and gross profit while maintaining an effective customer experience.
Key Responsibilities- Lead daily front‑of‑shop operations
- Write and manage $100,000–$150,000+ in monthly sales
- Track KPIs including ARO, car count, gross profit, and productivity
- Coordinate workflow and technician dispatch
- Support, coach, and develop Service Advisors
- Identify operational issues and implement solutions
- Maintain accountability for shop processes and performance
- Balance individual production with overall shop leadership
- 5+ years of Automotive Service Advisor experience in an independent repair shop
- Experience working in an independent shop producing $3M–$5M+ in annual revenue
- Proven ability to consistently produce $100,000+ in monthly sales
- Strong understanding of automotive shop KPIs and financial performance
- Service Advisor leadership or management experience
- Ability to lead while maintaining individual production
- Tekmetric experience preferred
